How a company responds –or fails to respond –to bias-motivated harassment can impact employee morale and engagement, community perception and the organization’s overall ability to meet its business objectives.

This course creates a common understanding around the roots and impacts of individual bias in the workplace. Aspects of “operationalized bias” are also explored, including relevant managements actions, interactions and decisions.
