Valuing Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace: Multicultural Realities Today
Global and mobile/rotating workforces require an understanding for and an ability to successfully interact and manage across cultures in a legally appropriate and inclusive manner. This course helps organizations avoid glass-ceiling liability and other EEO exposure by teaching how to properly recruit, hire, manage, retain and promote to support a diverse and inclusive work environment. Filters, stereotypes and biases are all stressed. The course describes the business reasons behind diversity/ inclusion initiatives and the risk of not seeking a more diverse workforce. A series of interactive and real-life exercises enable participants to successfully adapt to and master the nuances of today’s global workforce and marketplace
