Philippe Weiss was quoted in "March Madness invades the office, distracting workers," a USA Today story on March 24 regarding SSAW’s new survey which ranked March Madness third among tech-related office distractions, behind texting and Facebook, as the top time waster. Weiss said that managers can't make bets and bicker about brackets, then criticize employees for engaging in the same behavior.
